Welcome to the FrankCrum Company Store! The online store is a collaboration between FrankCrum and Shoreline Image Works. This company store is a way for you to purchase FrankCrum branded merchandise like shirts and pens. The items assembled here will be custom embroidered (or printed) with approved FrankCrum branding. Because of the customization, all orders are final. We will not be able to accommodate any returns or refunds. Once you find an item you like, add it to your shopping cart to place your order. Upon checkout, HR will submit a payroll deduction for the order.

Please note that order processing for apparel (shirts, jackets, and clothing items) is subject to item availability and required minimum orders. That means these items are embroidered/printed in small batches in order to make the production process more practical. It may take several weeks for your items to process in some cases, depending on the volume of orders for that item. Once your item is ready, it will ship to FrankCrum. Non-apparel items (like pens and cell phone wallets) are already produced and on-hand in the HR department, however you still must make your purchase through the Company Store website.
